Dear Judge

We’re thrilled about your participation in the Danish National Championship. Your effort is much appreciated.

• The participants have had 8 hours to take pictures in 3 categories; Wide-angle, Close-up and Theme.
• The theme was announced to the participants on the day.
• Participants may submit up to 3 images in each category.
• Participants may NOT edit images in the National Championship (besides whatever can be done in the camera – ie. double exposure, b/w etc).

• Please rate the top 20 in each category (20-1 points) – assign 0 points to the remaining images.
  (Expect about 80 pictures in each category with a total of 240 images)
• The BEST PICTURE shall receive 20 points!
• You can sort the pictures to get an overview of your favorites.
• We will combine the ratings from all the judges and calculate a top 10 and assign points in each category.
• The champion will be the participant with the most points across all categories.

• In parallel to the championship we are running an ‘open’ competition that doesn’t require a membership in the federation.
• This competition has two classes; SmartPhone/Action/Compact camera (attached optics) and System camera (exchangeable optics).
• Participants may submit two images and in this competition and basic editing is allowed.
• Please rate the top 20 in each category (20-1 points) – assign 0 points to the remaining images.
• The winner in each class will be the participants with the combined best placement among the judges.
